Reference Services Assistant – one (1) part-time, 25 hours per week position at the Knowlton Library in Bellefontaine. The pay rate for this non-exempt position is $13.00 per hour, depending on experience. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
The Reference Services Assistant provides exceptional customer service by helping patrons locate materials, utilize library resources, and answer their questions. This role includes troubleshooting equipment, conducting material searches, and enforcing library policies. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. This is a part-time, non-exempt position requiring 25 hours per week, which may include evenings and occasional weekends.
