The Logan County Libraries Board of Trustees met in regular session on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Knowlton Library, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.

The Susie Parker Memorial Scholarship was established in 1960 with a $10,000 bequest from Susie Parker’s estate, provided by her heirs.

Miss Parker was deeply committed to young people, her teaching career, her work for the library, and her community. She believed that education and character were essential values.
