No-contact, curbside pickup of reserved items is available for items held at Knowlton Library. No appointment necessary!
When you have items ready to pick up, you will receive a phone call, email, or text notification. To use the curbside pickup, park in one of the marked parking spots (there are two available). Once safely parked, call us at 937-599-4189, option 3, and provide your name and parking spot number.
Please wait in your vehicle while we verify your library card number, check out the items to your library card, and deliver them to you.
Please note:
- If you have items on hold for additional members of your household, let us know when you arrive and we can deliver all items together.
- In case of severe weather and heavy downpours, we will temporarily suspend curbside pickup service. Feel free to wait in your vehicle until the severe weather passes or return at a later time.
