Program Descriptions
From birth to 6th grade, there's a variety of FREE programs to fit every family and every child!
Please sign up to participate in StoryTime. Sessions are available in Winter, Spring and Fall. Story Time is also available at our branch libraries located in DeGraff, Lakeview, Rushsylvania, West Liberty and West Mansfield. Contact your local librarian for more details.

My child is 6 mo.-3 yrs. old :
Little One's StoryTime is a fun setting to play & bond with your baby or toddler. Meeting at the Knowlton Library in the StoryTime Room. Program is approximately 20 minutes.
My child is 3 to 5 years old:
Whether your child is outgoing and energetic or shy and quiet, they'll love our StoryTimes! Meeting at the Knowlton library in the AcuSport Community Room. Don't miss out on the fun & educational games, crafts & stories. Program is approximately 30 minutes.
My child is school aged:
School aged children can enjoy our popular Imagination Academy that meets in the AcuSport Community Room on Saturdays at 10:00-11:00am - March 23, April 27 & May18. Program is approximately 1 hour.
Children of all ages:
Wee Workouts is a great way to burn off energy and learn at the same time! Program is apporximately 30-45 minutes.
Branch StoryTime
Your child can enjoy all the fun of StoryTime in a smaller setting at any of our branch locations: DeGraff, Lakeview, Rushsylvania, West Liberty and West Mansfield. Contact your local librarian for more information.
Special Events
Be entertained and educated throughout the year! These FREE events may include amazing entertainers, creative crafts, sensational stories, snacks, prizes and so much more! Check our Library calendar for upcoming events.
Summer Reading Programs (kindergarten - 6th grade)
There's no reason to be bored during the summer since there are fun activities for every age at your Library! The Summer Reading Program has amazing activities to fill an hour each week, mid June through July.
Listening Club (pre-school children)
Just stop in your local library to pick up weekly activity sheets and treats. We also celebrate summer fun at our Listening Club Party at the end of the summer with snacks, games, prizes and more! No sign up required.

Writers Rule (4th - 6th grade)
This is a fun writing workshop for grades 4th-6th. We love to write and we have a blast while doing so! The workshop is perfect for you if you love to write. However, if you struggle with writing... our exciting atmosphere - minus the pressures of grades and homework - just might entice you to love this craft. Come join us in the summer 2013!
